Pet Policy
Riverstone Palm beach is a pet friendly community. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per home and require a $500 fee per pet plus a $25 per month pet rent. The fee and rent allow full access to pet waste stations, pet spa, and pet park. We utilize PetScreening.com for all households. We do restrict aggressive breeds which include but are not limited to: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Belgian Malanois, St Bernard, and all mixes thereof.
